Red Earth is new, so these are from the same mug in blue and green.

Why I made these mugs

Hi, I'm Brigette.

Brumby in the Moonlight started on a two-year trip around Australia with my partner. Long drives, dirt roads and a lot of tea by the fire.

I wanted a mug that belonged out there. Enamel has been at Australian campfires for generations. No plastic taste, light to carry, and it only gets better with a few knocks.

Mine comes home from every trip with red dirt on it. That's the Red Earth.

Each one is printed front and back, with a line inside the rim you'll find on your first cuppa. I pack and post every order myself.

Questions

Can it go on the campfire?

You can warm it over a fire or camp stove. Please note, direct flame may compromise the design and colour of the mug, and it will get very hot.

Will it chip?

Enamel can chip if it's dropped on something hard. Most mugs pick up a few marks over the years. That's part of the look.

Does it get hot to hold?

Yes, with a hot drink the sides warm up. Hold it by the handle.

Is it the same colour as the photos?

It's a deep burgundy. In bright sun it can look a little redder.

When will it be posted?

I pack and post every order myself, within 2–3 days.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?

Yes. Just put their address in at checkout.

What if I change my mind?

You've got 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging. Email us to start a return.
